50% of the cost must be paid up front with no refunds once I start the build.

 

 

I make custom zaby and spot designs.  I make my own custom texture for the props or I can just use what comes out of the prop editor.  I am able to make custom bots in your home or business I make for you but I will have to build it on my own property and YOU PAY ALL TRANSFER FEES. I am UVIP in RLC and PVIP in 3D SEX.  I am able to do something as simple as zaby that is already prebuilt and stay inside to building the building from scratch. I am able to push out of the property to build it bigger. 

 

My starting rate is 250 rays in RLC and 250 clams in 3D SEX.  This  covers your basic zaby with basic work.  The more custom work you want done the higher it will go.

 

 

 

The rate for the free basic properties (club, theater, park, office, street, and store) starts at 500 rays in RLC and 500 clams in 3D SEX. This covers myself to build on your property.  The more custom work you want done the higher it will go.

 

To build on foundations, spectacular, and the business properties it will start at 750 rays in RLC and 750 clams in 3D SEX. The price starts at the smallest property and goes up from there.

 

 

I WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO DECO!!!!!!

 

 

 

If you would like to learn how to deco your own places YOU will have to have skype or yahoo so we can voice. It just goes faster.  I charge 100 rays per hour in RLC and 100 clams per hour in 3D SEX.

If you would like to learn how to make your own custom textures I can teach you that also.  The rates are the same as above.
